Instruction of Ordering Tickets

  2. Please write down your visit date under 'Ticket Date'.
  3. Please write down your correct contact number and email address at the order page. The address is used for your invoice only.
  4. After your payment, we will issue your ticket(s) as soon as possible.
  5. You will receive your e-ticket(s) and a confirmation by email within few minutes (sometimes it might take longer). You could use it at reserved date and time slot which is mentioned on your e-ticket(s).
  6. Please pay attention to your exact entrance time on your e-ticket(s).
  7. If your chosen date or time slot is not available (sold out), we will contact you by email for an alternative time slot. Or we will cancel your order and refund your payment. 

Guideline of Using Tickets

  1. Present your e-ticket(s) at the entrance from your smart phone, simply show your barcode to enter.
  2. You don't need to wait in the queue
  3. No need to print out the ticket(s)
  4. Please arrive 5 minutes before your entrance time on your ticket(s).
  5. Please note: you might not be allowed to enter if you are late for 30 minutes.
